petrostudio was asked to develop a poster and t-shirt design for the newly-opened NJ Film School, owned and operated by Chris Messineo of Off Stage Films.

Mr. Messineo wanted a very constructivist-looking poster with a strong call-to-action. Using actual equipment from the school, he also shot the arms used in the poster. The concept called for a very rough, edgy look, so the arms with literally painted over and applied to a design that echoed pasted billboards.
