HPE Discover 2015-2017
Creative direction, graphic design, milestone and attendee experience management, print production and design consultation for HPE Discover 2015, 2016 and 2017 in Las Vegas and London.
petrostudio was tasked by i4D Event Services to aide in the redesign of the event brand for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, once split from HP, Inc. In December, 2015, that brand was first put to the test on a grand level with the first HPE Discover event in London, UK. Working with other agencies such as nofilter creative, Siegel+Gale, BBD&O, Sparks and Freeman, i4D was responsible for every aspect of show production, and petrostudio designed and/or managed every piece of printed material for the show, averaging around 3500+ individually-designed pieces.
Working overseas provides specific challenges, but petrostudio, in concert with The ExCeL London and many vendors, was integral to ensuring the success of the event, which won the experiential marketing EX Award in 2016 for Best Single Market Event (B-to_B). Discover returned to London in 2016 and Las Vegas in 2016 and 2017, and petrostudio was thrilled to support both programs again, as well as during the move to Madrid in November, 2017.
In addition, petrostudio has continued to support HPE in a variety of corporate and public events. In 2016 and throughout 2017, petrostudio took over management of Attendee Experience reporting to the overall Program Event Team for HPE events.
petrostudio was tasked by i4D to handle not only design supervision, template creation and design management, but presentation production and support. We also provide in-person support, both pre-event and onsite, to ensure that the planning and production of all elements meets color and print standards. petrostudio was integral in supporting the success of a rapidly-expanding design and management team, as well as event strategy and support.
